T & T offers a safe place for you to come and talk openly and confidentially about your feelings. First of all, I am so sorry if you’re going through a difficult time right now. I am here to actively listen to your  worries and concerns about you and your life.

 Sometimes you can feel alone in your own thoughts, which can feel overwhelming. These thoughts will create an emotional response to your body, which could sometimes lead to pain. So whether you feel like you need someone to talk to, or need someone to help you process your thoughts and to find a strategy to make progress and move forward, I can help. 

My work is emotionally focused, so that we can really focus on what’s going on in your mind, and the affects it’s having in your life. The goal is to help you feel better, and to help you feel emotionally supported.

About Me

My name is Vi Nung and I am a qualified CBT therapist (ACCPH accredited). I am also a trained EFT practitioner and well-being coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching and NHS Personalised Care Institute. I have a passion for self development, human behaviour and how our mindset affects everything we do.

 

I believe self care is fundamental in helping you bring out your best self to be able to cope with the challenges in life. I have my own self care routine that starts first thing in the morning. This entails mobility/yoga stretches, positive affirmations, practicing gratitude, journaling, breathing exercises and going to the gym. I find this routine helps me with my mindset and my general wellbeing. 

My goal is to help you feel supported, to listen, and to teach you coping mechanisms that will help you cope with emotional challenges

EFT Therapy

EFT Therapy (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping) can help with any intense or
difficult emotions you are going through.

Anxiety

Anxiety is when you are feeling worried or fear. Anxiety is an emotion we all feel, but sometimes it can be daily and have an adverse affect on your well-being and life.

Depression

Depression is a low mood that lasts for weeks, months and affects your daily life. Symptoms may include feeling unhappy or hopeless, low self esteem

Physical experience of pain

If you are suffering with chronic pain, EFT can help. Tapping can help you through negative emotions 

Trauma

Trauma is an emotional response to an event. Immediately after the event, shock and denial are
typical.

Phobias

A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder that causes an individual to experience extreme, irrational
fear about a situation

Grief

Grief is the response to loss, particularly to the loss of someone or some living thing that has died, to which a bond or affection was formed.

Stress

Stress is how we react when we feel under pressure or threatened. It usually happens when we are in a situation

Fear

Fear is an intensely unpleasant emotion in response to perceiving or recognising a danger or
threat.
