Physical experience of pain

If you are suffering with chronic pain, EFT can help. Tapping can help you through negative emotions that create stressful environments in your body and encourages healing throughout the body to relax the mind and body. EFT can help you work through the emotions that you have identified are connected with your pain such as anxiety, current stressors, previous emotional trauma, or resistance to change and working through fear or anger. Negative emotions causing your body stress, may be contributing towards your pain.

Therapy sessions can be via zoom, video calls,
phone calls or in person.
