
My name is Vi Nung and I am a qualified CBT therapist (ACCPH accredited). I am also a trained EFT practitioner and well-being coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching and NHS Personalised Care Institute. I have a passion for self development, human behaviour and how our mindset affects everything we do.
I believe self care is fundamental in helping you bring out your best self to be able to cope with the challenges in life. I have my own self care routine that starts first thing in the morning. This entails mobility/yoga stretches, positive affirmations, practicing gratitude, journaling, breathing exercises and going to the gym. I find this routine helps me with my mindset and my general wellbeing.
My goal is to help you feel supported, to listen, and to teach you coping mechanisms that will help you cope with emotional challenges
When dealing with negative or painful emotions, it is important to be kind to yourself and reach out for support. Don’t feel like you have to go through difficult emotions on your own.
Be around people who you feel support you and can help uplift you.
Building mind resilience, self confidence and self belief is what helps us make progress and move forward. No thought is too big or small to tackle.
