Anxiety is when you are feeling worried or fear. Anxiety is an emotion we all feel, but sometimes it can be daily and have an adverse affect on your well-being and life.
When you are feeling anxious or stressed, your body releases stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. These causes the physical symptoms of anxiety. You may feel an increased heart rate, increased sweating, feeling out of breath, or even experience panic attacks.
Therapy sessions can be via zoom, video calls, phone calls or in person.
