WHAT IS EFT & HOW CAN IT HELP ME?
EFT Therapy (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping) can help with any intense or difficult emotions you are going through.
EFT can help with any of these psychological disorders or any other emotions you are finding challenging. We can talk about anything on your mind and help you find clarity by rationalising your thoughts, helping you find a better understanding about yourself, and to help you feel lighter and calmer by tapping. Tapping works by using your fingers to tap on your meridian points where energy flows. Similar to acupuncture but without the needles. I will guide you where to tap.
This also allows you to learn how to tap in your own time as a coping mechanism. Sometimes, when we feel difficult emotions, it makes us feel imbalanced. Tapping can help you feel more balanced by talking about how you are feeling, and how it makes your body feels. The result is you will feel more balanced, more calm and lighter.
