Grief is the response to loss, particularly to the loss of someone or some living thing that has died, to which a bond or affection was formed. Grief affects us emotionally, physically and can affect our mental health.
Grief affects us all in different ways. It’s important to remember there is no ‘normal’ way to grieve. You may be feeling shock, numbness, pain, anger, guilt, depression or intense sadness or feeling empty.
There is no ‘right’ way to grieve and we each react in our own way.
Therapy sessions can be via zoom, video calls, phone calls or in person.
