What to expect from our sessions after your first free 20 mins call.
Having after conducting the first initial assessment, we can discuss how you would like to conduct the therapy sessions. Either by video calls, phone calls or in person. We will then arrange your first session where your feelings and problems will be discussed in more detail. I am here to actively listen to your concerns, then you will have a choice whether you would like to try EFT which can instantly help you feel better.
The therapy sessions are strictly confidential and safe for you to express how you are feeling. If needed, we can arrange a treatment plan that may benefit you, or we can purely explore your emotions, and help you find a way to makes sense of how you are feeling, and work towards how you would like to feel. No matter what you are finding hard or challenging right now, I am here to walk alongside you, and support you through your challenging times.
